隧道管片真空翻转机

A production plant in India consulted for a lifting solution for tunnel slabs and wedges for the Mumbai metro line. We delivered two vacuum turners to demould, lift and turn precast concrete segments. When the masonry is poured, the convex arch faces upwards (outer arc). After demoulding, the tunnel slabs are turned 180 degrees and stored with the arched side down (inner arc).

Due to the unique characteristics of vacuum lift, the surfaces of the tunnel slabs remain flat and non-contact. The concrete product will not be damaged by the sealing rubber of the suction cup and the dispersed surface adsorption force. All actions are operated through the control panel, and the operator has enough safe lifting distance. There is no need for personnel to access the components during any part of the process. Workplace safety is greatly improved.
